Post-Tsunami Intervention

Following the 2004 tsunami that devastated Tharangambadi, Tamil Nadu, claiming 6,000 lives and destroying livelihoods, Hope Foundation launched its Post Tsunami Relief and Rehabilitation Program.

Relief and Rehabilitation Efforts

Volunteers provided counseling, medical support, and care for orphans, infants, the elderly, and wounded fishermen, while introducing vocational training, health camps, microfinance schemes, and social awareness programs to rebuild the community.

For over two decades, HOPE Foundation has been a beacon of hope, empowering underprivileged children through quality education and care.
